Here at Proven Performance Hockey in Windsor Ontario Canada we take our Hockey Training seriously. With over 3500 plus hockey clinics under our belt we can assure you that you will improve tremendously if you plan on working with us in any one of our hockey clinics. We condition our players, students, and new recruits with our best knowledge of the game.

Our site is here to inform hockey players (both male and female), parents, league representatives, coaches and hockey enthusiast about the game we love so much. If you can’t find us at home or on the site you’re sure to find us on a rink instructing a group of hockey stars.

Proven Performance Hockey trains it’s players/students in all areas of the game.

Here’s a short list of what you can learn from the Coaches here at Proven Performance Hockey.

Skating: Stopping, starting, acceleration, tight turns, power skating, backward, forward, side stepping, crossovers, turning, confidence building and transferring your weight

Stick Handling: Holding the stick, wrist movement, deke outs, placement of the puck, moving the puck, using your skates, transferring the puck, mobility with the puck, and preparing for the release of the shot.

Shooting: Holding the stick, wrist shot, snap shot, slap shot, on the fly, one timers, weight transfer, hand placement for each shot

Puck Control: Move with the puck, skating with the puck, keeping your head up, looking to pass the puck, receiving a pass, using the boards using your skates, and deke outs.

Responsibility Respect others and yourself, do well in School and listen to your instructors.

Included with this short list is an arsenal of some 100+ hockey drills that would take to long to mention here, but we’re sure you get the idea. Our clinics run all year and are delivered in arenas all over Ontario and Michigan.
