way to achieve
the best results; our respected PPH staff will provide
skill development by observing, correcting and encouraging
each individual to apply these skills right away.
Over Speed, Quick Feet, Puckhandling
& Scoring Camp

Proven Performance Hockey is offering our Over Speed,
Quick Feet, Puckhandling & Scoring Camp.
This program will help develop the main fundamentals
of Hockey and sharpen all the important skills over the holidays.

• 8 hours on Ice Skills Development
• 2 hours scrimmage

• Child care provided, Pick up Between 2 & 3pm
Mini Personal Development
Camp
Jan 3 – 6, 2012
Proven Performance Hockey is excited to deliver our
Mini Personal Development Camp. This camp is available to 12 players
only. PDC camps are very special and and personal. We help the
athlete achieve specific results.
We will distribute a PDC Form to eachparticipating
family which allows the current coach, parent andplayer to assessthe
athlete’s skills and development requirements.
PDC Camp includes the following for the Week:
• 10 Hours total On Ice training
• 8 hours private & semi private Instruction
• 2 hours game competition (1vs 1, 2 vs 2 & 3 vs 3, scrimmage)
• 2 hours Fitness
• Pizza Lunch Friday Only
• Child care provided, Pick up Between 2 & 3pm
